My Travel Wishlist 2021
Singapore
The Lion City
Hey All 💓
How's everyone doing? It's April and the holy month of Ramadan is just around the corner.
Despite the fact that we are still battling for the Coronavirus and waiting for the vaccines to be released to everyone. Everybody are looking forward to celebrate the blessed month from the Muslim calendar.
Quite frankly I myself,am excitedly anticipating the month of Ramadan and Syawal all together. Hoping that we all can start travelling back internationally and the first place that I would want to travel is to our nearest neighbour country, Singapore, The Lion City.
Mainly to visit my husband's relatives for Hari Raya Aidilfitri and also enjoying my trip while being over there ! Bringing my children to experience other countries' beautiful places , ethnicity and cultures. From the great outdoors to island life, there are so many things to see and do.
Needless to say, yours truly haven’t been to Singapore for quite some time. I think around 13 years . Yes, It’s been awhile since I got married to go traveling frequently like I did before.
Hence, I have taken the time to plan out the itinerary of what I want to do when I arrive in the Lion City. I have been fascinated by the beautiful attractions that have been built over the past years that I haven’t visited Singapore for.
As we all surely know that, Singapore offers more than just high-end shopping malls, luxury hotels, and fine dining. Although it's worth indulging a bit while you’re on vacation, am I right?
There is plenty of vibrant history and diverse ethnic quarters to be discovered, along with many family-friendly attractions for me to bring the kids along and lovely public spaces that make visiting this slightly futuristic city worthwhile. I’ve already mapped out the attractions that I would love to visit.
The main attractions would be the Marina Bay Sands hotel, the ArtScience Museum, Marina Bay Sands Skypark Observation Deck, Gardens by the Bay, Sentosa Island, Merlion Park, Kampong Glam.
Visiting Singapore and Marina Bay Sands is a MUST !!.
I would really like to stay at least 1 night in the hotel so that I can experience that infinity pool that has been highly praised by others for its remarkable amazing view.
And of course a little bit of spending around couldn’t do harm. Maybe for some shopping time, I’d like to browse around Orchard Road, Chinatown and Bugis Street. What do you think?
For the kid’s interest, maybe the Singapore Zoo, Singapore Flyer, River Safari, Night Safari Singapore , Fort Siloso and National Museum of Singapore would be great for our little family tour. I bet my kids would love to view and explore all these amazing places.
All these planning ahead, 1st and foremost we need to line up a proper planning. Which is where to stay in Singapore? How can I find a hotel in Singapore?
Nowadays, finding and booking your preferred hotel is a piece of cake !! There’s literally plenty of traveling websites and apps available.
You can just search for a Hotel in Singapore. Lists from cheaper shared hostels like Champion hotel to luxury hotels like Marina Bay Sands, Raffles Hotel or even Fullerton Hotel can be found easily.
We can compare prices on hotels easily and read reviews by others before making a booking forehand. Reading reviews help choose the right hotel that’s best suits your budget and expectation. Am I right?
With the accommodation problem solved, I’ll check on the prices for the attractions that I’ve mentioned later on. It’s good to plot and know your travelling budgets beforehand so that you’ll aim not to overspend and at least have some other funds for emergency proposes while traveling okay ?
I can’t wait to start traveling again once the borders are open for international departure. I miss traveling and I hope that we’ll fight this covid-19 together by taking care of our health and practise good hygiene and social distancing.
Take good care everyone and Happy Fasting Month to all my Muslim readers !!
Well that's all for now ! Thanks for reading my blog !! I hope you've enjoyed it !
Have a wonderful day and always be happy!!
