CRUNCHY SUGAR TOAST BREAD
SNACK RECIPE
( SNEK ROTI BAKAR BERGULA )
Hey All 💓
I'm going to share a simple recipe with you on how to make an afternoon tea time snack for your family using only THREE (3) ingredients at home.
Mix the butter and sugar together and depend on how much bread you have. 100gm equals 2 spoons of sugar. Make sure the butter is soft, it's easier to mix and to make sure the sugar is coated well . After that, set it aside.
So there you go ! Enjoy your Sugared Toast Bread with your loved ones . Eat it while it's hot or when it's cold. With Milk, Tea or Coffee or just eat it alone. Either way, it's for everyone to enjoy !!
Have fun making it !

This is an all-time-favourite of my family to snack on while watching TV or even chit-chatting over a cup of coffee/tea. It's so easy that you can make this with your kids as a cooking activity together.
Here are the ingredients
- One (1) loaf of sandwich bread. ( Any kind but preferably white bread )
- Butter ( Soft )
- Brown Sugar ( You can use Cane sugar or White Sugar )
Equipment
* Air Fryer / OvenInstructions

For the bread, I usually use stale or white breads that soon expire to save from wastage. Take a piece of bread and spread the sugared butter on both sides of the bread. coat them evenly. Make a pile of it.
There's another way to slather your sugar on your bread too which is put the sugar into the long container or plate. Spread some butter thinly on one side of the bread and dip the buttered side down on the sugar, press them a little gently to let the sugar coat them evenly.

Personally I don't like this method because of the amount of sugar stuck on the bread but who is counting calories anyways right? So do whatever you think suits you ! 😏
When you are done with all the breads you have. Cut then in 4 pieces in whatever shapes you like. Horizontal or Squares.

After that, you just need to layer and spread out the cut breads in the Air Fryer and let it cook for 5 minutes on a side with 200' heat pressure. Change side after 5 minutes.
As for Oven usage, I think you can use the same method too or you can put them on the baking tray. Preheat your oven to 150 C. or 300 F. Bake them for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

ou can turn up the heat but it depends on how crunchy you want your sugared toast bread. We want crunchy and crispy not BURNED toast okay people ! Repeat the process until all is cooked and you are DONE !!
