It's been raining cats and dogs these few days and I have been craving for a HOT POT meal so bad !! I can't stop thinking of the one place I love to dine-in for the Hot pots and Shabu-shabu meal with my family. Suki-Ya at 1 Mont Kiara. We love to come here to shop and of course to Dine-In at our favourite restaurants available here!
Hence when I got the chance to take the kids out, we immediately went to 1 Mont Kiara to eat at Suki-ya. While we walked around to enjoy the beautiful mall, I noticed that there's signage stating that 1 Mont Kiara has now joined the digital world of online platforms.
You can even order food and drinks from your prefered restaurant that's participating just by using their platform . Oh my !! I was sooo yesterday !! Should have checked for this highlight sooner ! 1 Mont Kiara has officially launched its delivery platform, my1MK, to complement the mall’s brick and mortar stores. Shoppers can now simply tap their purchases from the comfort of their homes by accessing the platform via the mall’s websites at www.1mk.com.my.
Featuring an array of merchandise by retailers who operate in 1 Mont Kiara, my1MK offers shoppers the flexibility and convenience in browsing and making purchases online. Be it buying a bowl of tantalising salad or booking a facial or manicure session with the saloons, shoppers can opt for home delivery or self-pickups upon making a purchase.
According to Nor Amirah Firdaus, Advertising & Promotions Executive at 1 Mont Kiara, the Covid-19 outbreak has brought to the fore among retail businesses the importance of being omnipresent across all channels to meet consumer needs and demands.
“Hence, we are capturing the opportunity to help tenants boost sales while making shopping safe, convenient, and pleasurable,” said Amirah.
“Unlike other delivery services, my1MK offers local deliveries beyond food, so shoppers can still purchase their favourite goods from the mall from the comfort of their home,” added Amirah.
To date, there are some 30 participating stores onboard, all of whom offer a wide selection of merchandise. To encourage bulk purchase, shoppers are also able to order bestsellers from different stores in just one delivery.
