Today I'm going to share with you one of my favorite past time snacks. DATES or Kurma as we called in Bahasa Malaysia. I love the taste of it natural sweetness and the fibrous texture of the Dates. If I am in craving for something sweet, I would definitely eat Dates as my sugar substitutes rather than eating chocolates or candies. It's surely healthier. 😍
I even make Dates milkshake for my milk booster since I am still breastfeeding. Do you know that there are various type of dates available in the world? Dates have been a staple food of the Middle East and the Indus Valley for thousands of years. My favorite Dates are mostly Ajwa , Medjoul and Khalas.
Here are some information about DATES.
Date fruits (dates) are oval-cylindrical, 3 to 7 centimetres long. and about 2.5 centimetres (0.98 in) in diameter, ranging from bright red to bright yellow in colour, depending on variety. At about 61-68 percent sugar by mass when dried, dates are a very sweet fruit.
At the moment there are about 1500 kinds of dates. According to the varieties, they are divided into ajwa, sukkary, barhi, khudri, helwa, khalas, mejdoul,mabroum and many others. They differ in the amount of sugar, color, shape and size. There are three types of dates: soft, semi-dry and dry.
Dry or soft dates are eaten out-of-hand, or may be pitted and stuffed with fillings such as almonds, walnuts, pecans, candied orange and lemon peel, tahini, marzipan or cream cheese.
As so you know, "Women and beauty are inseparable". These phrase are synonymous with most women in the world. Women are more keen and aware especially when it comes to beauty and health. The desire to find out about these health and beauty tips has been borne out by women in the world.

Wow, selalu makan kurma Rihura dengan air bunga tu.. Memang sesuai utk kita2 yang suka makanan semulajadi dan sunnah ni. Orang kata sihat n cantik dalam dan luaran secara selamat :)
