Hello there my dear readers 💓
It's been quite sometimes for me to blog. I think I took a rest to clear my mind for about approximately 1 week from blogging. I took time out to spend more time with my kids, catch up on my readings which by the way are real GHOST stories 👀and just to slept early to bed with more proper skin routine all together.
Today I'm gonna give out some tips on how to have a good sleep. Read on !~
Human can survive without food for 2 weeks but cannot survive the least 1 week without rest. SLEEPING is the best rest you can ever have. Especially an undisturbed deep sleep.
When we have a good sleep, our organs in our body could get some rest for working intensively all day long. Lack of sleep may cause some damage to our organs in our body slowly and interrupt our daily routines as well.
When we do not have enough rest, it can cause distress to the brain and this will effect your mind to think which can lead to agitation, flustered , discomfort and so on. So please have a good rest, atleast 7-8 hours for adults and do have nap time around 1 hour to rejuvenate and refresh back your energy . 😊
Here's some tips for you to NOT to do while sleeping.
Do NOT wear wrist watch.
👉Watches can create and produce radioactive waves especially those digital mechanic ones, even-though it's just a speckle but wearing it for a period of time can cause harm.

Do NOT wear any Bra ( For Woman )
👉Researchers in the United States stated that wearing a bra more than 12 hours per day occasionally cause Breast Cancer among woman.

Do NOT sleep aside your mobile phone
👉Magnetic Field Waves produce by the gadget will damage and harm your nerves system.

Do NOT sleep with your make up on
👉Sleeping with makeup will damage your skin , most probably with acne and blemish as the skin could not breath through your heavy product on your face while you are asleep.

Do NOT sleep with someone else's life partner
👉These may cause permanent deep sleep and grief-stricken actions later. 😜😝
