A'isy Zafran's progression in school - 5th Month (ONLINE CLASS ASSIGNMENTS)

Hey my dear readers 💓

We have past the month of May!! Felt so quick right? With RMO and all . Time seems flies so fast 💨💨😆 With that being saying, Thanks again for following my son's Ai'sy Zafran's school progression for the fifth month! 

How are you all been doing? I know some of us have started working like usual but still have to follow the 'New Norm' lifestyle. Do stay safe and healthy by practicing the required S.O.P stated by our government. Always wash your hand , sanitize when needed. Wear face mask when in Public and keep your distance with everyone else if possible. 

Anyways, let's talk about my son's progression this month. As you all know , his online class starts everyday from Monday to Friday, at 10:30am until 12:30pm or until the Art & Craft assignment finishes. 

Since middle of April, if you can recall from my last post. A'isy has been learning online for the whole month already this month. Every week , 2 classes will have art and craft assignment for the subject learned that day. 

Every weekend I will print out the assignment papers the teacher request to print out and A'isy will always be excited to see the art papers. He will anticipate for the class which have the art and craft papers. 😎

For Mother's Day

 

And everyday he will consequently be asking what time is it ? He is ready to attend online class without being asked. He will make sure that all his things are ready for class. Like opening his fold-able table , getting his stationery ready on the table, water bottle and his books. 

Sometimes he even took the laptop and open by himself and help plug in the cable. 😲 But he doesn't ON the plug point by himself. He will assure that I am in the room with him and ask permission 1st before plugging it himself. You amazed? Till now sometimes I'm dumbfounded with his clarity and smartness.😳

I observed  that my curious and inquisitive child is now better at to carry on a conversation. In addition, his vocabulary is growing -- as is his thought process. Not only is A'isy able to answer simple questions easily and logically, but he already be able to express feelings better. Too much feelings sometimes 😩 

Like most children at his age enjoy singing, rhyming, and making up words. They are energetic, silly, and, at times, rowdy and obnoxious.  Drama boy. 😎

Nonetheless, I've detected that A'isy language and cognitive milestones have increase. 

Such as 👉 Speak clearly using more complex full sentences. None 'Pelat' languange

👉Count to ten or more objects in three languages now. Mandarin, Malay and English. 
👉Correctly name at least three colors and four shapes or more. 
👉Recognize some letters and learning to write his name correctly eventhough the size sometimes big or small. Lol 😂

👉Better understanding the concept of time and the order of daily activities, like breakfast in  the morning, lunch in the afternoon, and dinner at night. 
👉Have a greater attention span but sometimes pretend to not pay attention just to piss mama off. 😒😒 
👉Follow two- to three-part commands. For example, "Put your book away, brush your teeth, and then get in bed." 
👉Recognize familiar word signs, such as "STOP" "JANGAN" "PLEASE"
👉Knows his full name , Mama and Papa also his sister full names too. 

I like that my son is so eager to participate and learn even at home . He loves the art and crafts part of every class too. You can see how the teachers have put together crafts for every important occasions like Mother's Day, Teacher's Day and Hari Raya Aidilfitri etc.

I am very proud of my son achievement so far. As to some parents, I partially gave attention to his daily activities. I don't monitor his every moves as I want him to grow freely and actively as a kid but yet supervised silently. 

I hope he can cope with this ever growing world. I am still learning many things as I grow old too ~ As a parent and as and adult. I pray that I can be a better mother for my kids. * Finger crossed*
