[ HEALTHY BANANA MILKSHAKE WITH AVOCADO ,YOGURT & CHIA SEEDS RECIPE ]

Welcome to my awesome blog 😆. Today I'm gonna share another favorite banana milk shake recipe but the healthier version for you all to try out okay !
This Recipe is for 1 tall glass -
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Bananas
- 2 cups of Full Cream Milk or Skim Milk (your choice)
- 1 Ripe Avocado
- 2 scoops of Yogurt ( Can use Greek Yogurt if you want )
- A pinch of salt ( if you want some salty taste)
- A pinch of sugar ( you can substitute with Honey, cater to your own taste )
- A handful of ice cubes ( to your liking)
- 1 teaspoon of Chia Seeds
Blend all the ingredients together and it's DONE. So there, a quick and easy healthy recipe for a delicious homemade milk shake that you can enjoy at home !!

Nampak macam sedap je ni. Berkhasiat kalau buat air ni masa berbuka. Badan pun segar je. Pisang ni memberi tenaga segera.

mcm kedai runcit dah rumah aida ni ha ha ah aha...
kebetulan semlm asben gi top up brg dapur.
ada buat sekali banana smoothie. just pisang & susu segar je masa tu.
tu pun dah sedap.
ni kan plak masukkan aneka bahan lain. triple sedap ler kan. tq for sharing.
