Lately I've been seeing posts & videos of this Sabahan delicacies called ' LATOK', also known as ' Anggur Laut '
It's a traditional food for the 'suku kaum bajau laut'
So today, I finally got myself some 'latok' for dinner. They gave me lime, chili sauce and some kinda lime sauce I think , to pour and mix them together.
I ate them with rice and it tasted good.👍❤️ I love the texture.. Pops like a fish egg.. And maybe because I love to eat seaweed, latok' s taste is so satisfying.
